Change starts with dreams, and at Step by Step Foundation, we believe that change is possible, and that dreams do come true. Every day we work to create change and to make the dreams of children around the world become a reality.

I started Step By Step Foundation with the dream to help people around the world, and for my friends and family to join me. The foundation has become a family affair and spread around the world. My younger daughter and equestrian Grand Prix rider, Daniela, leads the Step By Step Foundation Riders Give team, engages riders around the world, and donates proceeds from her winnings to support the foundation.
